*  依據教育目標、系科特色及產業需求規劃保健食品開發與產製模組」「保健食品品質與功能模組」According to the educational goals, department characteristics and industry needs, the "health food development and production module" and the "health food quality and function module" are planned.

*  參考考選部規定食品技師專技高考的考試科目,學生實習前應修畢之科目,作為本系之核心科目。Refer to the examination subjects of the Food Technician Specialty College Entrance Examination specified by the Examination and Selection Department. The subjects that students should complete before the internship are the core subjects of the department.
