  • 以培育保健食品開發與產製、食品(或餐飲)業之檢驗分析與衛生管理、及營養保健推廣教育人才為主要教育目標。
  • To nurture talents for the development and production of health foods, inspection, analysis and hygiene management in the food (or beverage industry),and nutrition and health promotion education.
